CHERYL KAMPE: The inspiration for this exhibition originated from a trip to Paris and Giverny, France, last October. Revisiting photographs of the iconic Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and Parisian cafes has been an enjoyable experience. The D’Orsay Museum, the Dior Exhibit, Le Secre Coeur, and outdoor cafes, patisseries, and parks have all left lasting impressions. Monet’s garden was particularly beautiful on a sunny autumn day. Walking through the colorful flower beds to the renowned Water Lilies was a painting at every turn. The exhibition concludes with his colorful pink and green house and a yellow kitchen.
